Terms and Conditions
- Standard Check In time is at 2:00PM and Check Out time is at 12NN. Request for early check in or late check out are subject for availability and additional charges.
- In the interests of security and to prevent fraud, guests are required to confirm their identity by providing their valid government issued photo identification (Driver’s license, passport, etc.) at check-in.
- A security deposit of PHP 500.00, in cash, is due upon check-in. The security deposit will be refunded in full upon check-out provided that there is no loss or damage to the property including room keys. In the event that damages exceed the amount of deposit, guests will forfeit their deposit and pay any exceeding amount that is due. Invoice will be issued detailing the list of all charges.
- Cliff Cabanas Resort is strictly implementing a No Smoking Policy in rooms. Designated smoking areas are available for guests.
- Cliff Cabanas Resort does not accept responsibility for delays, additional expenses or inconveniences which may be caused by events beyond our control such as late arrival of air flights, civil and political disturbance, fire, acts of God, national emergencies, strikes or causes beyond reasonable control of the resort. However, the affected party will have the option to rebook from the original date of booking depending on availability.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation is free of charge 3 days before your reservation date, otherwise, we will not refund your reservation fee.
Booking Policy
- Prior reservation is required, subject to availability
- The resort reserves the right to impose closed-out / blackout dates without prior notice and without incurring any liability.
- Rates may change at any time without prior notice subject to fluctuation in exchange rates, calamity, change in prevailing market prices and other contingencies, that justify the change of rate upon the determination by the management.
Pet Policy
At Cliff Cabanas Resort, we value the safety and convenience of all our guests. During your stay, you and your pet are allowed to experience enriching moments. While in the resort please be informed of the following:
- Only dogs and cats are allowed as pets in the Resort. No other animals may be kept on the property.
- Pets are allowed only in the rooms in which they are registered.
- Keep your pet leashed at all times as you head out of your room and must be accompanied by its owners in public places at all times.
- All pets must be clean, well-groomed, and completely free of fleas and ticks.
- At all times, the guest shall maintain and keep the property in good and sanitary condition.
- All equipment required for the upkeep and feeding of pets are to be provided by the guest.
- Pet owners will be required to promptly address any complaints made by fellow guests regarding noise or any other such disturbance that may be caused by the pet/s. In the event that any pet becomes overly disruptive or in any way aggressive towards other guests or employees, the pet must be removed from the property. In the event that any pet is considered dangerous by the resort management, it shall immediately be removed from the property by the guest.
- The guest shall give a security deposit, equivalent to Five Hundred (PhP 500.00) upon check-in. The security deposit will cover any damages incurred which may include, but are not limited to, stained bedding, stained carpet, stained linen, scratches on the furniture, scratches on the floor, infestation, extra cleaning that may be required, and/or lost revenue charges while the unit is out of service due to cleaning and repairs. The room/s will be inspected upon check out. After confirmation and clearance that no damage was found in the room and no extra cleaning efforts were required, security deposit shall be returned.
- Any damage caused by the pet(s) shall be charged to the registered guest and must be paid immediately upon presentation of an invoice.
- The resort management and its employees shall not be liable for any loss, injuries or illness of any pet for any reason whatsoever.
- The guest shall strictly comply with the Pet Policy Agreement and other rules and regulations which may be issued by resort management. Resort management reserves the right to require room changes, removal of pet/s from the property, refuse or discontinue service without refund, if in the resort’s sole discretion, the pet is considered dangerous, unhealthy, or likely to frighten, harm, disrupt resort guests, has damaged resort property, or for failure to abide by these policies.
- The guest accepts full responsibility for any and all liability, claims, losses, costs and expenses including reasonable attorney fees, for personal injury or property damage that may be caused by or attributed to their pet/s. The guest agrees to make any reimbursement for such damages on demand/upon receipt of corresponding invoices.
- The guest agrees to indemnify, hold harmless and defend the resort management, its owners, and employees from any and all liability, claims, losses, costs and expenses including reasonable attorney fees arising out of or relating to any claim for personal injury or property damage caused by or attributed to their pet/s.
